Huge place but cars are overpriced mostly.
I purchased a car here and upon going to get the car it had not been cleaned, it was dirty and had still had dog hair in the seats,I was not impressed, I had to clean the car before use and it still had the previous owners expired bank cards in the ash tray.
Bought a 2017 nissan navara. Love the car, 3 weeks of owning it and the starter went out on me. Called Nick and he arranged for everything to be repaired. Process was smooth and accommodating. If I need another car, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again
Stay away from MAAS Motors at Car City. I bought a VW Polo and was explicitly promised that the rear door locking mechanism would be fixed. I was told I’d receive a call within 2 days. That call never came. After waiting over a week, I chased them myself, only to be told they were “busy” and that they didn’t bother ordering the part because it’s expensive.
