Im 63 years old and I've never left a review for anything,but the experience i had with Fysl at car city has compelled me to do this. If your financial situation isn't quite up to par I highly recommend you give car city a shot. If Fysl can't get you financed no one can. Probably the kindest most understanding sales person I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. If you value honesty caring and understanding you've gone to the right place. What can I say about Mohammed from Carcity , He's nothing short of amazing🤗 He worked with me every step of the way and got me into my dream vehicle. I always wanted a Pacifica but never thought it would be possible :) Moe went above and beyond and I'm so thankful for all he did for me !!! Got my car quick enough - Not fully detailed - let that slide Need new wipers let them know right away - was told they’d be sent courier that was 26 days ago- must be cyclist delivery- unimpressed
We were in a pinch, my husband's car is a farm car and after 13 years it finally had enough. We got ahold of Jozef & Marcus at Car City Ottawa and Volia! A car is being delivered today. Fast, efficient service. They made us feel like family. We live in Windsor, Ontario so 8 hours away and they were truly here for us.
