We purchased a 2017 Chevy Silverado High Country. We worked with Sam and the service was great all the way around. The inside is clean , the customer service is great , and the car selection is definitely there. We will be back to purchase me an SUV soon. Update! Honestly, life has been hell with this vehicle that we were assured had a recent tuneup oil change spark plugs and wires. Purchased in October 2025 and by the middle of March 2026 it’s now sitting in my driveway because I had to have it towed home. The motor is complete crap and we cannot afford to have it fixed. While I did love the fact that Chris got us financed because he saw we were desperate for a vehicle, I’m now out of a vehicle and still payments on something I can’t even drive.
It is truly appreciated when individuals go above and beyond to meet our needs. Sami's dedication and commitment to achieving our desired outcomes are commendable. Such efforts often make a significant positive impact. I am grateful for Sami's and his Boss willingness to put forth their best. Their contributions are highly valued.
Octavio has always made us feel right
Got a black Ford expedition, 2018. Vehicle no longer runs had a mechanic look at it. Bad suspension bad cam phasers which is going to cost me $6,500 to fix. breaks and suspension, 3,200 to fix ,$350 to have a Ignition switch replaced. Over a grand to have the sun roof replaced. It turns a little over 4k to have the transmission fixed? So I pretty much have a $15000 paperweight.
