Was forwarded to them by roadside assistance to have my car towed. I was given an ETA of 2:30. At 3pm I called and was told that they'd be another 20 min. I called again at 4pm and was told another 15min. When the truck finally came at 4:45, he called for me to come down. As I was exiting my apartment, he (driver) called me back saying that dispatch had told him to leave because of the type of truck he had (which I never got to see because he had already left the block).
