They say they close at 6pm but don’t accept any cars 30 mins prior. I wish I didn’t have to drive all the way and then being told that. Maybe consider update your operation hours.
Standard exterior wash left car full of swirls and scratches in paint. No first lather of soapy water was applied before wiping down car with wash mits. Additionally, I watched staff proceed to use the same wash mits that they had just used to clean the wheels and tires on the paint of the vehicle, without even washing them off first. Absolutely horrendous job, will never be going back and would not recommend to anyone.

This is my go-to place when I need my car to be seriously cleaned, inside and out. (Kids, amirite?) They do such a great job, and are very efficient, friendly, and thorough.
