Needed to renew International Driver Permit and Passport Photo. Process took less than 10 minutes, very professional and courteous.
This is an example of zero customer service, I checked in for a passport photo, and Bianca acknowledged then sat in her chair, serviced a customer who walked in after me, then sat in her chair for another 10 minutes, I asked her if she was planning on helping me, and she asked what do you want - I was a 28 year member of AAA, but will be moving to a more customer service oriented competitor today.
I went to this location to get my international drivers permit and I had a lovely time doing so thanks to Ms. Bianca Cunningham. She helped me and she did everything so seamlessly. She was very pleasant to talk to and very thorough with her job. She got me in and out. She very knowledgeable and friendly. Getting my permit was something I was dreading, but she made my day. Thank you Ms. Bianca! If you go to this location, she’s sure to help you out. She’s very friendly and great at her job.
I went in to get my IDP, and I was in and out. The lady was super knowledgeable, friendly, and fast.
