Very happy with the work done at the J. Ferry AAA. Casey did an excellent job on some repairs for my '69 Ford, and his advice was honest and helpful. He called and asked before doing additional work. Absolute great guy to work with. He did a great job on 2 other Family member's cars, also, with a third soon to come see him for his truck. Appreciate the very friendly Team there, with Jude, Eric, Trey and Ben that I met.
This is a good place every time when I visited was a quick service in and out type of situation for related products that they are offering and not repairs
Drove over an hour away to get my IDP done just to find out that the people leave at 1!!! It says that NO WHERE on their website and the phone number they have on their site connects to a useless 1-800 number and you can’t speak to the location at all!! All of this is unacceptable!!!! Staff gave no shits and were not apologetic at all!! Now I have to wait until Monday to get my IDP and I leave the country Tuesday!! Either way I’m going to drive a few minutes further away to not visit this location!! All of this was a waste o... read more
