Web site says 4 roadside assistance per year. Been given running around after the 3rd call. Today, the receptionist stated there’s only 3 in Georgia.
I had a truly disappointing experience at this AAA Care shop. The customer service was severely lacking from the start. There was little to no communication throughout the entire process—I had to constantly call for updates, and even then, the responses were vague or unhelpful.
