Drove over an hour away to get my IDP done just to find out that the people leave at 1!!! It says that NO WHERE on their website and the phone number they have on their site connects to a useless 1-800 number and you can’t speak to the location at all!! All of this is unacceptable!!!! Staff gave no shits and were not apologetic at all!! Now I have to wait until Monday to get my IDP and I leave the country Tuesday!! Do Not Waste Your Time: My husband had a good experience here, so I decided to use AAA for my transmission fluid and brake check. I made an appointment online on 2/12. My appointment was confirmed that same night. I arrive for my scheduled check on 2/14 and let them know I’m there for my appointment. The man at the customer service desk never bothered to ask my name or look up my appointment. Easy to do business with. Friendly staff, fair prices.
I scheduled to have an oil change and headlights replaced and I would wait for it. After I arrived, the lead guy said “you have to leave the car, my tech can’t work on it now”. I did not say “but I have an appointment “ but did say, “can we reschedule so he can take me first thing in the morning?” “My tech won’t do it, he can’t say day to day what he’ll be working on, you have to leave it.” Evidently this “tech” commands time and space in a way I am not aware.
