Before I took my car there, I told them beforehand that my car had 3 problems. Oil leak under the engine, a cover under the car which has torn off one corner, and a fluid leak inside my spare wheel well. Apart from the service, they fixed nothing else. When I arrived I spoke to the mechanic directly to explain the problems, he said "this is a rubbish car", it is a 2014 suv. In the end they said they needed the car for another 2-3 days to see if they can fix the other problems, plus $200 to clean the engine, which is covered ... read more
