Excellent service! Everything was clearly explained, and the pricing was fair with no hidden surprises. The team was professional, friendly, and honest about the work that needed to be done. As a mum, I can get a bit worried when taking my car in for a service, but Shirin was incredibly caring and went the extra mile to make sure I understood the process and felt comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend them, and I only wish I’d known about their car service sooner!
I went to Car Care Evolution for a second opinion because I was told I might need new shock absorbers, which would have been very expensive. After diagnosing the car, they honestly identified that the actual issue was the tyres and recommended replacing those instead. Really appreciate their professionalism and honesty.
