They were ready to get some work done and we were having a oil filter problem. And an oil leak. They fix it now I can breathe.
Overcharged me, I had him put a new oil plug in my oil pan. I brought the new plug with me. When I asked why he charged me for a plug, he said because tools were expensive. I didn't think you were supposed to pay for a shops tools before they change the oil!
