Phil and his staff are top notch when it comes to vehicle knowledge and customer service. Always friendly and happy to help! Especially good at going above and beyond to keep their customers satisfird and coming back. There is also a Certified Mercedes Mechanic on staff, so you don't have to go to the dealership for everything. I highly recommend them for all your car care needs!.
Manager told my daughter they could not rotate her tires because she didn’t have a wheel lock key. Her dad looked and there were not wheel locks on any of her tires. She went back for the Manager to show her and he said she must have changed the lug nuts. So, either they have no idea what they are doing and or they have no problem misleading and taking advantage of their customers. We will not be going back.
Car Care Clinic will rip you off that tell you something wrong with your car anything wrong with it
Terrible place to take your car. They don't know what they are doing on top of that they charge more than the dealerships and offer garbage service.
