What I experience yesterday at this so called Car Care location was the worst customer service I witnessed in a long time. A friend had an appointment to drop a car off at 9:30 am. After towing it all the way there, my friend was told they didn't have time to deal with it. After a long explanation by the Mechanic of how easy it would be to do himself, I was puzzled that the Mechanic himself didn't have time to do it.
