Notorious for ripping off people. Avoid this place and the place across the street (yellow bldg). If they dont know you, UTMB employee. or tourist, your toast. Also avoid GBE near 43rd street. Much of the same treatment over there. My advice is to get off the island if possible, as car service centers are unregulated and out of control. If you cant leave the island go to the dealership near 71st street on Broadway, and just pay the quoted price, which is high, but hey, better than leaving it with these other crooks.

The guy there seems freindly but hes a con, and hell rip you off if you give him a chance. He realized I knew half of what I was talking about and that he couldnt rip me off by working on my truck so he refused to look at anything else on the truck and made me pay a \$125 service fee for doing practically nothing. I couldnt get any cops to come out there and settle the argument so I paid him and now Im taking him to court just to prove a point, even if I never see that money again.
