bad business. UNPROFESSIONAL, bad attitude by the owner. I had an appointment at 9:00 am. I dropped my car off and came back 4 1/2 hours later and they never touched it. They said they had to work on some other cars!! So why didn't they tell me they were to busy to work on my car that day! Why waste my time making an appointment; When they had no intention of working on my car??? It cost me $17.00 for the cab. Never tried to make it right. Didn't care!!!
Recently I drove down from Flagstaff to visit my parents in P-town. I started to have an issue with my temperature running abnormally high. I took my truck to CCBB because they were the only mechanic willing to get me in so close to closing time. They determined that the problem was just a bad radiator cap. $17.21 was my total bill. The man who I dealt with regarding my truck was straight forward and direct. I took my wife's Taurus to these folks to have the front CV joints changed. We agreed on a price and I left the car. When I picked the car up the cost was 1/3 less than quoted. They explained they had added one of the parts twice by mistake. It is unusual to find that kind of honesty in the auto repair business.

do not go here he looked at my car for a possible buyer and came back with a list of made up things that were broken on it all of which were debunked within twenty minutes of being back in my car and then he told the buyer that for he amount of money i was selling my car for he would fix his peice of crap
