I am extremely disappointed in our recent transaction with Rob Day at Car Care. We took our car in on January 29, 2013 to see what needed to be fixed – they were great in stating what the problem was and how much it would cost. After agreeing to have them fix the car, we did not hear from anyone for over a week.
