THEY NEVER TOLD MY SON THE CAR WAS A REBUILT SALVAGE WHEN MY SON DID A PLATE TRANSFER THE TITLE STATES REBUILT SALVAGE.
update: This vehicle turned out to be trash went down in two weeks DONT shop here. They sold me a lemon, asked me to do a positive review. They harass you about your payments. I was a young woman so of course they took advantage. Don’t purchase your vehicle from here. They fix them up to look nice(what all buy here pay here does) just for the vehicles to last not even a month.
Horrifically inept. Refused to release title upon paying off the loan. I had to call them 4 times over the course of 2 weeks to get any response from financial services. They did not release my title and could not provide resolution or a contact for the release of and the appropriate electronic lien and title services. The woman who works in finance is hideous, rude, hostile, unprofessional, untrained, unkind and wished death upon the customer stating that she wished for me to fall off of a bridge.
