An easy process from start to finish. I submitted a request on their website on Saturday and Alex gave me a call shortly after. A quote was given then inspection was done on Monday. Money received on Tuesday and car was picked up 2 days later. The price was fair and reasonable. Got an over the phone price and was advised that unless there were issues with the condition that would be the value. Inspector came and offered $2.5k less than that despite noting excellent condition. Eventually agreed on price as per initial quote. Took a week to even contact the towing company so I still have the car in my yard over a week later which is pretty frustrating. Probably would have been easier just to go to the dealer.
