Luis and Jonathan were terrible. They installed the incorrect headlights on my car, charged me extra to put the originals back, and one of the lights doesn’t even work. The rearview camera they installed is dangling and is installed very loosely for a $200 labor install. The carplay radio I brought them to install required additional parts for it to function, upward of $260 and the max volume has been stunted. I have it on max volume and it’s not even that loud. Racist and rude.They discriminate against certain customers
After 1 month of being nice and patient I will be taking legal action against them! Also filing a complaint with 311! After two days of getting my alpine dash-cam fixed it started giving the error” memory card reset required” I contacted the alpine company. I emailed them and called them but they instructed me to go back to the dealer. I went to the dealer but the same mechanic who had helped me acted like he has never seen a dash cam in his life and told me to talk to owner and come the next day at 9 am! Automatic Car Starter - Very pleased! It comes with two starters which is a nice surprise and is a simple one step process to turn on. Great customer service which included a walk through with the car to make sure I felt comfortable before leaving. I would recommend this business.
