Left my motor home here for days and told twice they were checking problems and writing them up to be presented to our extended warranty insurer. I stopped by and was told he would finish the almost completed list in a day and present it to insurance the next business day.. We have a 2009 Monaco Camelot and have had issues with the bedroom slide for 9 years. We have replaced the motor, relay switches (that are under the washer dryer). We had a issue with the slide failing to go out. Auto Physician Depoe was recommended to us. Karob made an emergency call and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was the circut board relay which operates our slides. He was able to repair the circut board, reinstall the circut board and relays, and the slide works! Finally! Karob has a customer for life.
