Unorganised rabble. Brought my car in for an aircon regas, they found a problem which is all good, said they will send me thru a quote in 10 mins, called them everyday for a week and was told the same story and it will be sent that day. My aircon was cool when i brought it in but after the first visit they removed all the gas so now im driving in a hot box untill i get someone else to finish the job. What a joke
I was able to get my car booked in fairly quickly for an Air Conditioning issue even though I was extremely clear that I would need to pick my car up at 3pm because I had to pick up a child(they were fine with a 3pm pickup). I was able to get a loan car from them (but I needed my own car for the child pickup). I called them at 2pm just to be sure everything was on track. They said I can pick it up at 5:30. Sent my brother here for his air conditioning to be regasd, the mechanic claimed the compression seal was worn and charged me an extra $100, Not possible since it was working well until the gas was accidentally released two days before. The air conditioner is working the same as before, If unsure I recommend call the raa to confirm extra issue's. I was in a rush for work unable to get further help
Managed to get same day booking 1 hour after phoning. They Explained in detail what needed doing. And was even given courtesy lift home after being told repairs would take a couple of hours. Have now suggested my partner go there.
Was looked after, job done properly and upfront about each step of the way.
