I do not recommend this law office. A lot of delays and miscommunication. They set the standard of following up once a week and I went roughly 6 weeks with no contact. I understand this process takes long but they didn't follow up at all. I had to actually tell them that my settlement check was mailed. I've tried to escalate my concerns but was met with excuses. If I ever need an accident lawyer again, I would not be giving them a call.
The staff was very professional, friendly and efficient. They were able to answer all questions and helped close out my girlfriend’s case. They even assured us that they can still help if problems about the case were to occur in the future. Overall, it was a positive experience.
