Poor ability to understand investment accounts. A very simplistic background in finance. Do not know what they are doing. Should be selling used cars. Jumped us through multiple hoops for no reason. We have bought and sold 4 homes with no problem. These people are good at lying in order to cover their ineptness. Don't go with them!

I started the pre- approval process at the end of March with one Representative. I found a house to buy in Arizona. I traveled from Chicago Illinios to do a walk thru to verify I wanted the property, made the offer and sent everything to CapWest. I was then told I had another Rep. This was in June! The process and diligence the new Rep had was horrible! Atrocious Communication. I complied with all requests, finally received a Closing Date of August 1st. Took time off of work and no close! I’ve gone through the mortgage process several times over the years and this has been the best ever. Steve *******, the Mortgage Loan Originator, and Carolyn Patterson, the Processor, were fantastic. They were not only fast to respond, accurate and thorough in keeping me advised, but also just wonderfully personable people to work with. It was also the shortest time from start to finish. On top of that, I shopped around and the Cap West rates were the lowest I found.

In November, 2017, when requesting a loan application CapWest sent my information and my wife's information to 3 separate companies, all of which performed pulls on my credit. This was done without my authorization. The third parties were: Credit Co Information Research "IR MTGCRDT" The information that was passed would have included my social security number and birth date, or it would not have been possible for the third parties to have pulled my credit. I applied through the ****** ********program and immediately began to receive phone calls and emails. I spoke to Pam F***** and told her I am no longer interested, yet months later I continue to receive at least 1 or 2 calls per day. Awful harassing company.

MTG I was told by a local mortgage company that I was approved no problem . ? Then within five days of the closing they said they couldn't give me a mortgage I found Cap-West mortgage and within 20 minutes I was approved and they closed on my loan everybody that I dealt with at CapWest mortgage was pleasant I got a better interest-rate At CapWest mortgage I have never dealt with more pleasant professional folks. thanks from New Jersey
