Excellent place to live! Been living in wissota units for 5 years! Absolutely love the playground, walking trails, and only in walking distance from the lake! Wonderful neighborhood, safe place to live and raise a family! Owners are quick to respond with any problem you have, and always friendly. Couldn’t ask for anything better!
The Current has been a wonderful place for my wife and I to live. The apartment complex is only five minutes away from downtown River Falls, while still being in a quaint, secluded spot. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern, and cozy. I appreciate the staff who are always friendly and the maintenance crew is always quick to respond to maintenance requests. Been renting through ECR and now capvest for 6 years and counting. Them and RP are the best rental companies in the Chippewa Valley for sure. All these other companies and private landlords don't come close. Maintenance requests and staff are very nice people. They will take good care of you and address any concerns when you need it. Communication is also great and they respond very quick. I absolutely love my new place. It's all on one level,the neighborhood is great and quiet. I needed to contact maintenence and they were here the next day. I highly recommend .
Staff are reachable. Facilites are kept maintained. Apartments are pristine upon move in. Complaints are received and addressed within a reasonable time period. I have had little to no issues and I would without a doubt consider renewing my lease!
