Capvest took over management of my apartment building and it got drastically worse. People are doing drugs in the building the whole place wreaks like pot smoke. They were informed of this and do nothing to enforce the lease. They complain about late rent payments but never pick up the rent on time. Capvest has been a dream to work with. Emily was quick in her responses and incredibly helpful with my million and one questions. Trina was able to do a virtual tour of the house were interested in and helped us get a great view of the house. (We couldn't be there for in person due to living out of state). I would highly recommend Capvest for your renting needs!
