Glenn is very friendly and let me meet and feed the alpacas. There’s a good store in the back with yarn from their alpacas and imported goods made with alpaca wool. No expectation to purchase anything but of course I did cause the products are great and at a really good price. The couple is super kind and answered all the questions I had. The baby was 3 days old when I visited. Gate is closed to keep the alpacas in but you can call when you get there and they open it for you.
This was so much fun, definitely the best part of our trip so far 🤍. They’re so friendly and the kids loved feeding them.
What a wonderful experience! My wife loves alpacas/llamas (secretly I do too) and had to check some out during our road trip in South Dakota. I’m glad we found Glenn and Debbie’s farm because it’s so obvious that they love their animals of which it felt like there were about 100 of them. They didn’t ask for payment to feed but we had such a great time so we ended up purchasing a bunch of super soft and warm wool clothing. No one else dropped by so we got the alpacas all to ourselves.
