Drove over an hour in heavy traffic to see this specialist and was 26 minutes late. I got there with my 14-month-old and she refused to see him. This is very upsetting because I scheduled this appointment a month in advance. She should have more empathy because these things can happen at any time. I am very frustrated and disappointed with this provider .
