David was exactly who we needed to close on our new home. We had an extremely quick closing date and David did his magic to get everything done on time. He was so professional and easy to work with! Highly recommend him.
We went to David to close our home purchase. Our closure was 30 days which had very little turnaround time. David had no issues with this. David worked with the seller's lawyer, managed the funds, and registered the title. He was very professional co-ordinator and knowledgeable. He sat down with us and explained all the details of our agreement and answered all our questions even the stupid ones! We were so happy everything was completed so timely and when he gave us they keys! Truly a great experience.
I had the opportunity to work with David during the sale/purchase of my property. He was always very responsive to any questions I had throughout the process which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate retaining his services in future!
