Back in 2016 I bought a package from Renee that included five photography sessions of my child. Everything was going great until my son turned 1 and she took those photos. Never received them always excuses but I let it go because I still had 1 more session ang was told I would receive all the photos with my last session. Year later 2nd birthday went to her studio. I was initially very excited to book with Renee for my maternity shoot based on the pictures on her website. The photoshoot itself went well, but it’s been more than a month since then and I haven’t received my pictures despite her promising about a week and a half turnaround for editing the photos. Attempts to contact her about the pictures have been mostly met with silence. She responded once to say that the pictures would be done and she would send them via email the next day. The worst photography experience we have had, and as a young couple we have had several to compare this against. She isn’t organized, is not responsive, cancels last minute, and worst of all the pictures were awful. Blurry and low quality. Literally my entry-level DSLR takes better photos. Is her camera that bad? Or does she not know how to print nice pictures? Complete waste of money. Avoid at all costs. We have to re do our shoot since all of the pictures are going into the trash.
