Professional, flexible, staff is friendly, classes are affordable.
Friendly staff who really seem to care and obviously love what they do. They also were able to get me in very quickly. Highly recommend.
I had my first appointment at Capture recently and I loved how fun the atmosphere was! Staff were educated and professional and created a welcoming environment. I am looking forward to continuing my physio with them!
If you do not mind waiting 2 to 3 months to get an appointment for a massage this is the place for you. You are just a number here, they are more worried about overbooking to get that $$$. We need a new company in Woodstock, who actually cares about their clients.
