after having a bad time ordering a rod from another shop. I was told captree had the rod I was looking for. a quick phone call and speaking with the owner he told me not to worry and would make sure the rod was packaged properly. he provided tracking number and constant updates on when the rod should be arriving. it even arrived ahead of schedule. I would reccomend anyone to do business with captree either over the phone or if you happen to live close stop in his shop.

The GSB Lamiglas John Skinner rod I purchased at Captree Bait and Tackle is awesome. Got a bend in the rod several times so far. Couldn’t be more happy with it.
If you ever get a chance to stop at Captree Fuel, Bait and Tackle... make sure you ask for Brenden. I’m planning a trip to bring my new Grady-White 33’ Express down by water from Cape Cod to Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina during the first week of April 2019. Brenden has been very accommodating answering my questions about his fuel dock and his facilities via FB. Each time he’d replied to my texts within 10 minutes. Outstanding customer service... Thank You Brenden !!!
