I live in the area so I really am lucky. They are lovely people and the food is great. Last year I gave a container of their New England Clam Chowder with my gift to everyone on my list.There is nothing like that soup on a raw,rainy day. The crab cakes are spectacular!
I stopped by Captain Chucks on my way home from a nearby location; I happened to look up and noticed the crab sign. Crabs cakes and seafood are my favorite dishes, especially when you can bite into lump crab meat with less filler. I purchased 4 crab cakes and 2 stuff shrimp and I must tell you, I shared the crab cakes and stuffed shrimp with my son and I only wished that I had purchased a whole tray. The crab cakes are the best I've ever eaten. The critters are not so good but yet not bad. I have always purchased these items at our church fundraiser. Unfortunately, I will no longer be doing that because at $5.50 per crab cake they are now out of my price range and they are small for the money.
