Thank you, Abby in the service department for your help! She was very professional and kind.
Great services
Time wasters Incompetent
I need to say that I have received excellent customer service from Barbara Sandberg, with CaptiveAire. I have sent her correspondence and she responds in a timely manner and is polite, even though I have asked questions that are not her duties. She leads me in the right direction, and she is polite about it. I just really want to thank her for her helpfulness.
