We spent over 5 months with CaptivateIQ, paying $10,000 per month plus a $30,000 setup fee, after receiving verbal confirmation that if they couldn’t make the platform work for our needs, we wouldn’t be responsible for the cost and would receive a refund. After five months, they admitted they could not get the system to work as promised. We canceled immediately only to be told we now owed an additional $50,000. It seems like this company engages in dishonest sales practices. I received a phone call on my personal cell phone from an individual who was ostensibly a sales person. She mispronounced my place of work and indicated that she had been speaking to multiple people at my company regarding our commissions. I know this was a blatant lie because no one in my company receives any commission.
