Cannot recommend this place more highly. Im an anxious dentist patient - everyone from reception to Adam the dentist to Eliza the dental nurse made me so comfortable. They kept me calm and informed the entire time (checks, cleans, replacement fillings) their playlist was also awesome. I've definitely found my people. Thanks guys!
I went through an implant procedure, the implant and crown has now been in for six months, and going well. Doctor Gareth was excellent throughout this extensive procedure, clearly explaining each stage along the way, the cost was also reasonable compared to other quotes I obtained. I would not hold back recommending this practice to others.
Recently needed a root canal. Recently moved to Cheltenham and decided on Captivate Dental. For all the horror stories I have heard about root canals, my experience has been the complete opposite. I have been shown patience due to a bad gag reflex. The information I have received so far has been clear, straightforward and thorough. Pleased to have found a local dentist to be my regular dentist.
Selfish, inconsiderate and lacking of care. As a neighbour of Captivate Dental, I have been consistently disturbed by their early morning use of lawn mowers, leaf blowers and whipper snippers at 7am. Despite multiple requests over the past five months to reschedule to a more considerate time, they have refused to compromise. This disregard for the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood is disheartening.
