If i could give them 0 stars i would. Been trying to reach them for over a year, no call back no answer nothing. They installed the a/c unit at my BRAND NEW HOME. TWO STORY house and added a small unit which keeps breaking on us. They came once to fix it did a shitty job and didn't fix it broke again a week after and here we are still trying to have them fix it. Since this is cover UNDER WARRANTYYYYYY!!! THEIR ADDRESS IS A GHOST ADDRESS IS A HOUSE AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE DOOR. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE AN OFFICE.

Honest and Fair cooling company. Carlos is very knowledgable and willl not try to repair or replace anything that is not needed. I highly recommend his service for repairs or installation of all your A/C needs.
