I had a great experience working with Capital Title, especially with Courtney at the West Bloomfield office. She was wonderful to work with professional, responsive, helpful, and always available to answer my questions. She made sure everything was handled on time and helped make the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated her support and excellent communication. Highly recommend Courtney and the Capital Title team!
Do not use or trust these people. They represented the seller in a real estate transaction where I was the buyer. The closing occurred after hours on a Thursday. They did not release the funds untill approximately 4 pm on Friday. Furthermore, they apparently misrepresented that the funds had been released around noon that day. As a result of that wholly improper delay, the buyer was able to obtain my property and I did not receive the sale proceeds until later the next Monday morning.
