This is easily the worst-run company I have ever seen. When I bought my house in Captain's Cove, I called CCUC to get my water billing started. Six months later, they sent me my first correspondence... a late payment due notice... without so much as a "hey, we're sorry, we screwed up, but can you catch up on the payments that we've been forgetting to bill you for?"
