Whoa… I don’t know how this place is so highly rated. My food was so COLD and SLIMY. I took 1 bite of the grouper and pushed my plate away. It was the most disgusting tasting fish I have ever had. (I got it grilled for context.) The “new potatoes” were also cold and disgusting. They were hardly cooked and again, just thrown in butter and tasteless. Everything was COLD. Great atmosphere and a really nice-looking place. Surprisingly, it was pretty dead while all the restaurants around it were packed with people waiting outside. After eating here, I can see why. The hush puppies, fish, and scallops were all over-fried. The popcorn shrimp was actually good, but unfortunately the most expensive plate we ordered was the worst of the bunch. Overall, the food just didn’t live up to the price or the atmosphere
Food was fresh and delicious, server professional and polite
We had a little wait when we got there but our large party of 8( 4 adults and 4 kids) were accommodated very well. We ordered the crab and artichoke dip and it was fabulous. The stuffed shrimp was great. And Grace out server was AMAZING!
