This place was cool but when we got there the bed sheet was dirty overall good
My family had a great experience here. Check in was quick and easy plus our room was ready. Access between the parking garage, room, pool, and beach were so convenient. My 5 year old loved the shipwreck water area and daily activities. All of the staff were friendly and helpful for out entire stay.
First no daily housekeeping if you’re staying multiple days you must know that. You have to ask for housekeeping because of sands and water we used up the towels real quick. Elevator really hot and slow. Staff at desk is friendly rooms look great . We had a full fridge open balcony to dry towels and a real oven with microwave. I do recommend I enjoyed my stayed there
The front office and house keeping dont answer calls from the rooms. Also they couldnt give extra pillows for the murphy bed and pull out bed so i needed to buy some unexpectedly. Otherwise everything was great and awesome location. The italian ice stand is good and all the pools are functioning.
