I am moving soon and was recommended to check out this property from a trusted friend, and I was NOT DISAPPOINTED!! Aside from the landscape being nice the property in general was very well maintained. I also had the pleasure of encountering a few staff members but there was one that stood out and deserves to be highlighted. I believe it was a maintenance worker by the name of Juan, he was absolutely fantastic!! Very helpful, great attitude, and overall he made a good experience and EXCELLENT one.
Visited a cousin a few days ago and I must say, I’m pretty impressed with how clean and well maintained the property is! If I were to move into Galveston those apartments would definitely be on my watchlist!
I went in to request information and this large hispanic looking woman received me with an agressive attitude out of the blue!!! They should have Secret Shopper inspectors because she was really aweful.
