Captain's Inn was an Interesting stay. No staff or breakfast amenities. For the price..it is equal to a name brand hotel. The only difference it has that ol Navy vibe. The toughest part is the check in. Ita not fluid or easy. The person in the phone is super slow and efficient response is not there. So chose wisely.
The room was dirty, and they sent a lady to change the bedding, but overall, the room still felt very unclean. Instead of shampoo, they provided regular hand soap. The small white towels had holes, and the cups were dirty. Communication was extremely challenging. It seemed like their office was based in India, as there was loud talking and noise in the background, and I could hear many people’s voices but not the actual worker handling my issue.
