Awesome little community. Builder rep and Loan rep are great to work with. We had an amazing realtor. Keep in mind most of the lots need flood insurance. With the need for property taxes on vehicles/boats and trailers EVERY YEAR, and flood insurance separate from home insurance, it's hard to justify buying a home in the community.
