If I could give zero stars I would. Took my boat in 6 weeks ago on a Tuesday for repairs. Was told it would be done by the end of the week. Have called weekly and been given a different story, from the mechanic called off, family emergency, mechanic couldn't get to it, parts not here yet (at about 4 weeks when we had been the parts were in and he was working on it). We bought a 2024 Bentley from Captions Cove at the Cincinnati boat show and since we have had the boat it has been nothing but issues. To start the trailer is junk and Chase has worked with us on that but this trailer is not a good trailer. We asked to switch trailers to the Hustler trailers they have and they said they could not do that unless we buy it. We also have had the boat at the shop for a week at a time twice and it was never touched but to calibrate the fuel sensor. The fuel sensor is fixed now but the cover pours... read more

Found a boat we loved salesman very nice, but finance guy lowballed us so bad on trade in we walked out! He acted like we were interrupting his lunch, very unfriendly service, won’t ever go back again!
