We had been searching for a new local mechanic since moving to the area that was fair, honest, and friendly. After two recent trips to Captain's, we feel confident that's what we've found. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when my wife went in solo and openly embraced a possible miscommunication with my own appointment which was swiftly and generously resolved. You never know what you'll get when you take your car somewhere but these guys, so far as we can tell, are IT!
We always get great service at Captain's. Quick response, professional, courteous with detailed explanation of the problem and an affordable repair resolution. I would definitely recommend Captain's to anyone in need of service on their alcar or truck.

I started with the crew at Captain's a little over a year ago and have been very happy with the service and follow up they have given me. Recently they even came to my house to confirm my car was safe to drive before I brought it in for repairs. Then they continued to follow up with some other issues that have been successfully resolved. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a smaller car shop that cares about their clients and not just getting the job done!
