I purchased a fireplace on November 28, and this company haven’t send it yet, and they don’t give any explanation, they just keep saying that I should receive it soon. Stay away from them.
I would like to retract my review earlier this week. Should have been more patient. The correct surround came and Jeff explained that it was a special ordered. I do apologize to Jeff and all involved. PhilCole
I ordered a natural gas fire place online from fireplaces are us it turned out to be captain soot .The order was placed and came within about a week . I checked the product and found that the wrong surround was sent . I immediately called and explained the problem , I talked to Jeff he assured me that he would send the surround I needed I would send the wrong one back.
