Sal and his team are knowledgeable and professional! A great local resource who cares and has a TON of passion for the marine industry.
Friend of mine buys a new Mercury outboard 150 HP. 18k. He is told that the first oil change is free so he brings said purchase back. When picking it up he is handed a bill for $177. Confused he questions why and is told that the labor was free. We all live on the water and we all talk to each other and then some.
Had a very positive experience, there honest and very skilled at what they do. He's 2 hours away from me and I'd make the drive if I needed anything.
Bought an outboard motor from him. Didn't run right. Took it back and he changed me $600.00 to fix it. Took my boat out and it still wasn't right. The idol wasn't set right and one of the carburetors wasn't even hooked up! Every time I walked into the store Captain sal was on the phone with an unhappy customer!
