Our family had a great experience from start to finish. Nice people all around and helped us create some long lasting memories. Highly recommend working with Ron and his family/team!
Amazing customer service and had a great time BUT I rented 3 jet skis 2 were seadoos 1 was a red Kawasaki, the seadoos were very worth it, very fun DO NOT GET THE KAWASAKI it was hands down the worst jet ski I've ever ridden in my life and I have ridden a lot of jet skis. Not fun at all and died on us twice. Not holding that against these guys though because literally everything else was 10/10. Just saying for the price the red one is not worth it at all.
Watch out! They will take your money and then give horrible help, not to mention all their lies to cover their tracks. We will stick with Salty dog from here on out.
We had an excellent experience with rentals at Captain Ron’s. All of the equipment is new and well taken care of. We had so much fun on our pontoon rental that we came back the next day and took out four jet skis. Carlee made the experience so great - walking us through what we needed to know, ensuring the equipment was ready and even cooled down the seats on the jet skis before we took them out. Plus there are so many dolphins. They followed us for twenty minutes. Highly recommend.
