Captain pools was recommended to me by another client of my lawn service provider, as they were super happy with all the pool services provided. I have to say I was super happy, too! Captain Pools tech Samuel was very knowledgeable and professional while being a warm and friendly. I had myDE filter annual cleaning done. Everything was great: easy to schedule, easy to pay and, most importantly, a great tech who provided great service!
We have been using the services of Captain Pools for over two years and have been very happy with their service. They have never missed any cleaning or service days and take complete care of the pool and its filter system with bi-annual cleanings.
Terrible customer service. Even worse communication. Highly don't recommend.
They never disappoint. Are always reliable. Great service and customer service. I highly recommend them.
4.14.25 Update After reviewing many posts from 2022 to now, it is clear that this company has suffered some decline in their work ethic. The responses from the owner shows the integrity and honesty of the company and those in command in my opinion. I actually had a separate inspector come out who confirmed in writing that the pool was not caused by external damage as the manager claimed in his rebuttal.
