They require a nonrefundable deposit to fix your item. BUT they cannot fix it & they offer to dispose of it for you. Then they FIX it & its for sale at their shop.
Took a Very expensive Stihl chainsaw in to have a chain sharpened and 2 bolts replaced. After a few weeks of waiting for the work to be done check last week...not ready again. Went to check today and wow!!! It seems to have been stolen. Sitting at the police department filing a report. They did not even file a report with the police!!!!! DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THESE PEOPLE!!!!! NOTHING BUT CROOKS!!
The owners are great and the work is excellent. Best place I've ever went to for work on my lawn mowers!
The service at this lawnmower shop was absolutely awful. Owner was not very nice at all and they failed to fix our mower. Took it the first time, they supposedly rebuilt the carburator, got it back home mowed and then it started shooting out gasoline. They picked it the for the second trip. Again mowed once and then it just stopped and would not crank again.
