Cody from the Cleveland store spent time on the telephone diagnosing the issue with my pool pump today. He stepped me through ways to check for the exact problem and offered a few different resolutions. I chose to replace the pump and with Cody’s help was then able to complete the job myself. He was knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. Highly recommend.
Excellent pump replacement service by this local pool shop. Cody is expert in pool and spa care and took his time explaining how to keep pool clean. He even partially serviced my sand filter while the scope of works was just to replace the pump.
