Drove a half hour to get to the store. Not open as per hours advertised. Spoke to a nonchalant, “I don’t give a crap employee with a chip on his shoulder” - sorry I can’t fix that nothing to do with me. Great culture! This mob will end up another statistic with that attitude ingrained across the business
I recently replaced a chlorinator. The options presented & service by Callum at the Cleveland store was exceptional, as too was the install by Brad. A genuine and honest business.

The team here are fantastic. Friendly and helpful. Matt gives genuine advice which is very much appreciated. Would recommend the team if you’re looking to get your pool ready for summer
