Years ago this was a well maintained store. A recent visit was shocking. The amount of algae in tanks, dirty, nothing looks maintained. Also the staff violates the statewide mandate for masks in public by not wearing any. Won’t be back.
RecommendedHi hi. Yup 👍 the store is looking great again. In fact I think it will be better than ever before. We buy all our fish , plants 🌱 other fishy things. My fish are healthy. I wanted to start a planted axolotl tank for my biology classroom. I was referred to this store by another pet store. Wow! What an amazing selection! I made my way to the reptiles and amphibians and Wes was there to save the day. Not only was he extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the animals and plants, he was incredibly passionate about them as well. He’s a master of his craft. I only go here for all my pet needs the staff are like family! They know there stuff and are always polite! Best part is they care about the pets there and the customers which is super important to me Thank you guys 🥰
Drove 25 minutes for some advice, was very pleased by the super-knowledgable staff!
I go here all the time for crickets and horn worms for my lizards because it’s convenient and the prices are reasonable. Everyone here is helpful but the man who probably stands out most has to be Wes . He is usually in closer to the back and is an expert on reptiles and everything in the store . Also just genuinely friendly and caring for the animals and well being of them and never has a problem answering a question. Like always the staff is amazing. They won’t just tell you what you want to hear. However they will also be nice about trying to educate you if you are doing something incorrectly. I always recommend this store!
