We came here for the 4th time at the restaurant in the front ( not the buffet ). We ordered both the dumpling soup ( pork & crab) and shrimp dumpling. Andy was there and we ordered special menus which were the Sweet and sour red snapper ( which he poured the sauce on the whole fried fish in front of us), shredded beef w dry beancurd (not on the menu but they did it) and the pork belly braised with knotted tofu. After two years in Raleigh, we finally found this restaurant that serves delicious, authentic Chinese food! We've never tried the buffet area but the sit-down area with ala carte menu is a definite must-try! Everything we ordered was very good, from the soup dumpling to the sweet and sour red snapper.
