Yesterday, we had our building power washed with this company. It looked cleaner before they did it. We have dirt in places we didn't before and our windows are covered in dirt.
Contacted John to powerwash my back deck. Was told it would be a week or so. Never got back to me
I have had Capt. John clean my carpets and outside deck multiple times over the past few years. I also have had Capt. John clean my mother-in-law's carpets. He took care of her just like she was his family. I would go with no other company ever again! My floors came out perfect. I recommend this company.
I had this company clean floor tiles in a commercial kitchen inside a restaurant. I was incredibly disappointed. It costed 600 dollars. Only portions of the tiles were cleaned, he wouldn’t clean behind any equipment, he only wanted to clean around the equipment and then he wanted to come back and charge me more to do that.
